Voiceflow Integration

Overview

Elevate your Voiceflow projects with the analytical power of Requesty. Our integration process involves setting up webhooks to send your conversation data directly to Requesty and obtaining an API token for secure and seamless data transfer.

Integration Steps

Step 1: Set Up Webhooks in Voiceflow

  • Endpoint URL: Configure your Voiceflow project to send webhooks to https://api.requesty.ai/chat.

  • Event Selection: Choose the relevant events in Voiceflow that you wish to track and send to Requesty.

Step 2: Request an API Token from Requesty

  • Manual Token Request: Contact Requesty's support team to request an API token. This token is essential for authorized communication between Voiceflow and Requesty.

  • Token Delivery: Requesty will provide you with a unique API token. Keep this token secure, as it will be used for authentication in your webhook setup.

Step 3: Integrate API Token in Webhook

  • Authorization Setup: Include the API token in the webhook's header as an 'Authorization' parameter. This ensures secure and authenticated data transfer.

  • Finalize Webhook Configuration: Once the API token is incorporated, complete the setup of your webhook in Voiceflow. This will enable real-time data transfer to Requesty upon each selected event.

Post-Integration Benefits

  • Real-Time Data Analysis: With webhooks, your Voiceflow interactions are immediately sent to Requesty for analysis, providing up-to-date insights.

  • Comprehensive Analytics: Leverage Requesty's advanced analytics to gain deeper insights into user interactions, conversation flows, and engagement metrics.

  • Data-Driven Improvements: Use the insights gained from Requesty to refine your Voiceflow projects, enhancing user experience and conversation effectiveness.
