Prerequisites
An active Crisp account.
Your Crisp Integration Token (available in your Crisp dashboard).
Integration Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Requesty.AI Settings
Begin by visiting the settings section on Requesty.AI to initiate the integration process.
Step 2: Connect with Crisp
In the integration section, find and select 'Crisp'.
Enter your Crisp Integration Token in the provided field.
Click on the 'Connect to Crisp' button.
Step 3: Authorize Access on Crisp
You will be redirected to the Crisp marketplace.
Use this direct link for convenience: Crisp Marketplace - Requesty Integration.
On the Crisp page, authorize the necessary permissions for Requesty to access your Crisp data.
Step 4: Finalize Authorization on Requesty
After granting permissions on Crisp, you'll be redirected back to Requesty.
Here, confirm and approve the integration from Requesty's end.
Once approved, the integration is complete!
