2. Start Receiving data

2.1 Confirm receiving data

  • Initiate Data Sync: After configuration, initiate the data transfer process. Depending on your setup, this might be real-time (for webhooks/APIs) or a batch upload (for historical data).

  • Verify Data Receipt: Check your Requesty dashboard to confirm that data is being received and processed correctly.

Visit your dashboard to see if you're receiving data:

2.2 Validate and review initial chatlogs

  • Within the chatlogs page you can see the actual messages coming in

2.3 Functionalities: 2.3.1 Filters:

  • Sentiment (positive, negative, neutral)

  • Date range (any date range)

  • Responder (the name of the agent or LLM that responded to the customer)

  • Topics (assigned topic for each conversation)

2.3.2 Chatlog

  • Sentiment

  • Session Time (total time spent during the conversation)

  • Sentiment Score (based on multiple algorithms and words the user has used)

  • Topics (assigned topic)
