The Chatlogs feature provides a comprehensive view of detailed chat logs, enabling real-time analysis of conversations between users and agents (human or AI). This feature is designed to streamline conversation analysis by offering search, filtering and organization capabilities.
The Chatlogs panel allows you to:
View detailed logs of user-agent conversations.
Analyze interactions in real-time or retrospectively.
Filter, search, and organize conversations for deeper insights.
Search for specific terms within conversation logs to identify relevant messages quickly.
Access precise timestamps for each message.
Review metadata associated with conversations, such as user ID, agent type, or conversation context.
Quickly access pre-saved lists of conversations for targeted analysis.
Manage and customize saved lists to organize related conversations into easily accessible groups.
Use labels to categorize and identify different conversation types.
Select multiple labels to refine searches and find specific conversations based on their content or metadata.
The Search feature helps you locate specific messages:
Enter keywords in the search bar and click Search.
Matching terms within conversation logs are highlighted in yellow for easy identification.
